Overview
Two days on the white sand of the NSW South Coast: a surf lesson with qualified instructors, hidden beaches most visitors never find, and a night under the stars beside the ocean.
We keep the group small so the weekend feels like travelling with friends rather than joining a tour.

Day 01
Sydney → South Coast
Morning
Sydney Central pickup
Meet the group and your hosts at Sydney Central. Coffee and road snacks are on us as we head south along the coast.
Late morning
Surf lesson
A beginner-friendly lesson with qualified instructors. Surfboards, wetsuits and all equipment are provided — no experience needed.
Midday
Lunch and beach games
Lunch together by the water, followed by free time and relaxed organised games on the sand.
Afternoon
Kangaroo experience
Time to see kangaroos in their natural coastal setting — a favourite moment for first-time visitors.
Late afternoon
Coastal exploration and free time
Explore the nearby coastline at an easy pace, with relaxed beach activities and free time to swim, read or simply enjoy the view.
Evening
Dinner and campfire
Dinner at our beachside campground, then stories and stars around the campfire. Tents and camping gear are set up for you.
Day 02
Hyams Beach → Sydney
Morning
Breakfast by the water
Wake up steps from the ocean for breakfast together, then take a quiet swim, a beach walk or simply enjoy a slow coffee.
Late morning
Hyams Beach and Jervis Bay
Visit Hyams Beach, known for some of the whitest sand in the world, and explore the clear waters of the Jervis Bay area.
Midday
Farewell lunch
A final relaxed lunch together before the drive home.
Afternoon
Return to Sydney
Comfortable transport back to Sydney, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.

A beachside campground a short walk from the water. Tents, mats and sleeping setups are provided — you only bring yourself.
Good to know
Do I need surf experience?
No. Most guests surf for the first time with us, and the lesson is run by qualified instructors for complete beginners.
Can I join alone?
Yes — roughly two thirds of our travellers book solo.
Where do we leave from?
Sydney Central, in the morning on Saturday, the first day of the trip. Exact pickup details are sent after booking.
