Feel Australia
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation conditions apply to Feel Australia experiences.
Customer cancellations
7 days or more before departure: full refund. 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before departure: no refund. No-shows: no refund.
Date changes
Customers may request to change their booking to another available date instead of cancelling. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before departure.
Weather and safety
Feel Australia experiences operate in varying weather conditions. Trips will not automatically be cancelled because of rain or cloudy weather. If Feel Australia determines that conditions are unsafe, or an experience must be cancelled due to severe weather, road closures, activity-provider cancellations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the affected tour booking.
Late arrivals
Customers must arrive at the confirmed pickup location at the specified time. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact late customers, but the tour may need to depart without them. Missing the departure may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Third-party activities
Some experiences may include activities operated by third-party providers, such as surf lessons. Where a third-party provider has its own cancellation conditions, those conditions may apply to that component of the booking.
How to cancel or reschedule
Customers must contact Feel Australia using the contact details provided in their booking confirmation. Include the booking name, experience and travel date.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights customers have under the Australian Consumer Law.
